One more thing, you do NOT need to know how to draw in order to participate. All the card needs is your love and effort.

Pic related is also some other ways that you can make a card.

Card assignments have just been sent so get your art supplies ready!

Anyways, make sure to send the cards so they arrive before Christmas.
Also, when you receive your cards, make sure to post them.

I'm so glad the package arrived. I urge you to open the package as soon as possible though. There are some extra goodies in there that I hope will put you in a Christmas mood.

Unfortunately, if you were planning on saving the card for Christmas. You will have to do ask someone to retrieve the card for you since I didn't put it in an envelope (there are 2 slips of papers I folded inside the card that you may read that don't spoil the card).... or you're going to have to do pic-related and play touchy-feely to retrieve everything else but the card. I think I put the card at the very top if I remember correctly though, so be careful.

Mission successful, I only caught a glimpse of some ears.

The extra goodies are prime for the Christmas spirit. I haven't had candy canes in forever. And I haven't had Pocky ever, so this is a nice treat.
Cookies are good, too, they're just how I like them.

I haven't sent yours out yet, can I pack in some treats as well?

I've never seen Candy Canes dipped into beverages so that's interesting. Anyways, make sure to stab someone with the Candy Canes later.

I didn't realize that there were people on 4chan that haven't tried Pocky yet. I'm glad you liked them. There are other flavors you have to try out.

I'm so glad you like them! I've been experimenting with baking just for this exchange and I'm glad that someone likes them. I hope they're still somewhat fresh.

Oh yeah, I also decided to get you some more treats and I drew up another card. Everything is wrapped and the card was put into an envelope this time. The treats aren't homemade this time so you can wait to see what they are on Christmas if you wish. I will pass along the shipping info.

I found them a little sweet, but that may be because I ate all the rejects too close together. I think it may be difficult to make chocolate-chip-type cookies christmassy, since you can't do a whole lot about the color. With ones like sugar cookies, you have a lot of flexibility with the color, shape, frosting, icing, etc.

I went ahead and decided to try these cookies. There are some differences between the first batch. First, they're softer - but not as soft as your kind heart. Secondly, I think I detect some spice in the cookies. Did you add the garam masala you mentioned earlier? Something about this batch tastes better.

Anyways, thank you so much for this surprise! You seriously didn't have to do this, you already went above and beyond with the Strike Witches-themed cookies last time. Yeah, some garam masala in the dough, and less sugar. First ones were rather sweet and not terribly complex of a flavor.
The frosting is also flavored.
Try to guess which color's what flavor!
There's even a mystery flavor.

I am liking these changes. The cookies are excellent.
>The frosting is also flavored. Try to guess which color's what flavor! There's even a mystery flavor.
I went back to eat some of the frostings and I honestly can't decipher between the different colors. For me, all of them taste vaguely lemony. What are the different frosting flavors by the way?
...However, I think I know what the mystery flavor is. As I was slowly tasting my way through the different frostings, I saw the sand-colored frosting (pic related) and I went to taste it. I was expecting the aforementioned lemony taste but as I licked the frosting from my fingertips, something tasted odd. Very odd. The frosting was kind of spicy. I thought to myself, "did I just eat a spicy cookie?". I tried the frosting again to confirm and I was met with the same results. My mind was racing on what this flavor could possibly be. I was first thinking that it was cinnamon but the spiciness of the frosting was still there so I ruled that out. And then it hit me. The mystery flavor is the spice from the ramen I gave you earlier isn't it? I swear I can recognize that spice.

I used this recipe, with about 2 tsp of garam masala
https://thefoodcharlatan.com/the-softest-sugar-cookies-of-your-life-recipe/

>What are the different frosting flavors by the way?
Purple is anise, smooth yellow is ginger, orange is orange, green is lime, the peach-kinda color was turmeric, and I forget the last one.
>The mystery flavor is the spice from the ramen I gave you earlier isn't it? I swear I can recognize that spice.
It certainly was, that stuff is so spicy. It took me half an hour, 3 glasses of milk, and 2 glasses of water to eat it with a whole spice sauce packet.
For bowls 2–5, I used one sauce packet split up amongst the 4. Pretty good flavor though, I liked them. I'm just very weak to spices. It was a good experience.

I see. I'm just really bad at deciphering different tastes it seems. However, I was able to get the mystery flavor correct. This is the first time I've ever eaten a spicy cookie. Definitely a new experience.
>It took me half an hour, 3 glasses of milk, and 2 glasses of water to eat it with a whole spice sauce packet.
The funny thing is that I was actually planning on giving you a spicier flavor but I decided against it and opted for a less spicy option (pic related). This one gave me a similar reaction. I made the mistake of eating 2 packets at once with the 2 full spice packets and it was hell. It was so spicy that I was literally sweating. Milk and water were useless and I was reflecting on my decisions which had led me to that point.
>Pretty good flavor though, I liked them. I'm just very weak to spices. It was a good experience.
I'm glad you liked the ramen. I'll have to let you experience the volcano ramen or another less spicy flavor another time.

I'm very happy to see that everyone has sent their cards to their assignment.
If you still haven't received your card yet, don't worry. Just wait until January 6th to see if the card is just running late. International shipping can be slow, especially during this time of the year. If your card does not get to you by that time, feel free to let me know and I will send you a card. I want to have everyone to receive something.

If your anon took a picture of their card before they sent it, they can post it as well if it seems like the card has been lost.

>This is the first time I've ever eaten a spicy cookie. Definitely a new experience.
One time I asked me sister to get me a cookie, since I was too busy playing Runescape to get one myself, so she brought me one that she poured hot sauce on. It was also spicy.
>I made the mistake of eating 2 packets at once with the 2 full spice packets and it was hell. It was so spicy that I was literally sweating. Milk and water were useless and I was reflecting on my decisions which had led me to that point.
I think the one you sent was around 8,000 Scovilles, yours was probably a few times that.
Just crazy the things people cook up.
>I'll have to let you experience the volcano ramen or another less spicy flavor another time.
The spiciest pepper I'd buy would probably be a bell, so keep that in mind.
>Noted. I'll have to bake some of my own once your supply is up. Thanks.
Good luck, hope they come out good.
I think spiced sweets are underrated. I'm currently making a spiced Tres Leches cake for Christm/a/s. Normal recipe, but with cardamom, turmeric, and nutmeg. Hope it comes out good.

>Runescape
I will double your gp and trim your armor for free.
>It was also spicy.
I'm glad I'm not the only one to have eaten a spicy cookie then. You gotta try salty cookies one day just to have that experience. In one of my experimental batches, I accidentally used cups of both baking powder and baking soda when only teaspoons were asked for. I only found out I made these fatal mistakes when I took a bite out of a cookie and then I discovered it was literally salty. So salty that I had to drink water immediately afterwards. One cookie or one bite was probably 1000% the recommended daily intake of sodium.
>The spiciest pepper I'd buy would probably be a bell, so keep that in mind.
I'll keep that in mind.

I'd make them. I've been making this salty Kashmir chai that's really good.

I think it did. I'm traveling for Christmas, so I had to do everything tonight. You'll see it if you stop by the Christm/a/s thread this weekend, or I can post it here if ya want, but it's not witch-related.

Anyway, time to open my cards.

So glad that you liked my cards! The first card was fun to make because thinking of a scenario with all three characters showing up was interesting. I thought that it would make sense that Francie would be the most excited about the morning of Christmas. On the other hand, I feel like Grete should have more Christmas cheer. Meanwhile, Rudel would be the one to drink the milk and eat the cookies left the night before. As for the second card, I thought that making Francie the front of the card had to be done again since you she seems to be your favorite character. Makes sense since she is a cutie. I put the second drawing of Rudel with the sharpened candy cane because she would be the one to stab stuff with candy canes. Anyways, I'll open your card on Christmas day.

I heard the song, Watashi no Christmas, on r/a/dio last year and I had to listen to more of the music so I bought the album. I could upload everything else for you to listen to if you wish.

Wow! I got a whole doujin for my card featuring my 2 favorite characters, Mio and Kunika! It features the money-loving Kunika learning about the true meaning of Christmas with the help of Mio and it's very cute. It features the action and heart-warming character moments that are expected in Strike Witches. I also really liked the ending too since it subverts your expectations. I guess old habits really do die hard.
This card was really awesome. Noble Witches is my favorite manga and it's so nice to have more moments with Kunika and the others. I also really appreciate the extra effort you undertook to make this card perfect. It must have taken so long to think of the story and to gather all the panels. I liked the extra touch of the gold too.
Anyways, thank you so much for this card and everything else you've done for me. There's just so much love and effort in everything you did this holiday season. You truly understand the true meaning of Christmas. I hope you have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I'm glad you like them!!! I had a lot of fun drawing them. pretty much got to work the moment I got the address. Its was the first time I inked something by hand and I was super nervous.

I also accidentally made Grete pantsless, but pantsless is the natural state of a witch anyways.

I'm sorry that you didn't get your card yet.
I am considering cards to be lost if they have not arrived by January 6th as per >>15592

However, considering that circumstance with the break-in, if your assignment took a picture of your card, I could go ahead and ask your assignment to post the card they made for you if you think the card has been lost. Once that's done, I can start making a card for you. I want everyone to get something.

To anon from RS. I'm very sorry that your package hasn't arrived yet. I sent it on it's way quite late, so who knows if it's still on the way or lost. Next year I'll make sure that I send it early and have a way to track it. It had some other goodies it it as well, so I hope it'll reach eventually, if by that point anything is still usable.
Anyway, I'm quite embarassed now to post the card myself, but I'll do it in my next post. Sorry again for the wait.
