That Mio is a test sprite that a friend of mime did (and it was him that convinced me to raise the sizes from the <64px of the original sprites to the 100px mark). The idea of 100px sprites for the Tall Height Tier seems good since we get a lot more detail in them (and with it, kinda promotes the multiple clothing "feature" indirectly). The Medium Tier would be around 90px, the Short at 80px and the Extra Tall at 110px.>>4040 And a quick fix for this. The Witches are separated into: Head - (animated) Complete hair with familar ears. Body Base - (non-animated) A simple, "nude", headless body. Lower Clothing - (non-animated) Panties+bra, sukumizus, anything on that line. Upper Clothing - (animated) Blouses and similars. May include even skirts like Sanya's. Leg Clothing - (non-animated) Clothing for the legs, like Sanya's, Eila's and Perrine's. Tails - (animated) The tails themselves (so we can get them over the Lower Clothing). Hats - (animated/non-animated) Depends on the type, mostly non-animated. Strikers - (animated) The striker units themselves. In terms of animation, something around 4, 5 frames as in the older sprites (http://www.ksatechnologyhq.com:1357/swgame/old/ ) would be fine. So all the, say, T Height Tier witches would share the same body (probably with small color changes if needed), so making a lot of content reusable (even for custom content). Clothing would be originally made for the size the witches that uses them (like for example, Sanya's outfit would be available for all witches at the M Height Tier), but nothing prevents from later on adding it to other tiers. Striker Units would be same size for all probably (would need the body sprites of all Tiers to test this idea out). There is also the Weapons, that will be the same size for all Height Tiers.
